| Summary | Subject Interface Packages (SIPs) are required in order to read the digital signatures on specific file types. After you install this update, SIPs enable the WinVerifyTrust function to handle a later version of Windows on the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server. SIPs also enable down-level WSUS environments to read the new file types in a later version of Windows that can be used for upgrades. | ||||||
