License

SwisSQL Console offers two types of licensing options:

• Trial User: SwisSQL offers conversion of 50 SQL statements for 1 month duration.
  

• Registered User: SwisSQL provides the Registered License key after you purchase the product. This will help you convert unlimited SQL statements for unlimited period.
  

The licensing of the product is based on per machine basis. Renewal of the evaluation license or getting a registered version of the software involves getting the required license keys from us.
For getting a Registered/Renewal license, you need to send us the RegInfo file ("SwisSQLConsoleRegInfo.swiss") which contains information corresponding to your machine such as name, MacAddress etc.
This RegInfo file will be generated under the product home directory i.e. under < Install_dir >/SwisSQL/Console5.5 when you start the product for the first time. You need to E-mail this file as an attachment directly to support@swissql.com.

Note: Send the "SwisSQLConsoleRegInfo.swiss" from your official email id with your full contact information.

Licensing Procedure

After installation, when you start the product, you are required to provide the licensing information. There will be two license options in the screen - Trial User and Registered User. Refer the image given below:

i) Trial User:

Follow the given steps to use the product in "Trial User" mode:

• Select "Trial User" radio button.
  
  
• Click OK button to start the product in trial mode
  
  

  Now you will be able to migrate 50 SQL statements for 1 month duration.

Upgrading Trial License

After starting the product, if you want to extend the number of SQL statements for conversion in evaluation mode then, e-mail to support@swissql.com the User Name for which the key is to be generated and the file SwisSQLConsoleRegInfo.swiss. Once you get the extended license key then perform below given steps:

• Invoke "Help" -> "Renewal" menu item.
  

• Specify the User and Key information as received from SwisSQL support team.
  
  
• Click OK button
  
  Now based on the applied key, you will be able to migrate specific number of SQL statements for the next 1 month duration.
  

ii) Registered User:

In order to get the Registered License Key, send the User Name and the file SwisSQLConsoleRegInfo.swiss to support@swissql.com. Once you get the Registered License key, follow the given steps to use the product in "Registered User" mode.

• Select "Registered User" radio button.
  

• Specify the User Name and License Key as received from SwisSQL support team.
  
  
• Click "OK" button.
  

Now you will be able to convert unlimited SQL statements for unlimited period.
